Limitation of Liability
In no event will Jenpha be liable for any damages arising from you. You acknowledge and agree that Jenpha is not responsible or liable for any incompatibility between the portal, software, and hardware; or any delays or failures you may experience for completing any transactions that connect with the portal.
Pricing Information
Once you have placed an order for purchasing, we will send you an order acknowledgment by email. In addition to the price of goods, a delivery charge that will depend on weight or volume as shown at checkout, if applicable, will also be payable by you. All prices quoted are exclusive of tax and you will see estimated taxes and fees when you place the order.
Exchange Information
If you need to trade your item for a different size or color, you can exchange qualifying items through our Returns Policy.
- You should inform us immediately (when you get your first order then) for exchanges.
- If the item you’re exchanging costs less than your original purchase we will refund you the difference.
- Again you have to pay shipping fees for exchanging particular items.
- This policy refers to color/size exchanges only.
Refunding Information
We may, in our discretion, provide you with a refund in certain circumstances. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact the Jenpha Contact Center at (880)-1717-337165.
We will not provide you a refund for certain goods that cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons once unwrapped.
- If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within the phone call. Your product may be eligible for a refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and without any flaws. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
Refunds Issue System
If your product is eligible for a refund, you can choose your preferred refund method based on the table below. The shipping fee is not refunded along with the amount paid for your returned product.
The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have wanted. Once we have received your product and it has undergone quality control. If all is well then you will get a refund. The expected refund processing times are 2-4 working days.

For Bank Deposit: The bank account details provided must be correct and the account must be active.
Third-Party Payment Services Providers
We may use third-party payment services providers (eg. bKash, Rocket, etc.) to assist us in providing Managed Payments.

The Jenpha Site and all Materials, and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights are owned or controlled by or licensed to Jenpha. You are permitted by Jenpha to use these Site, you may access, view, download, and print the materials for your personal, non-commercial use only; do not modify or alter the materials in any way, and do not provide or make available the materials to any third party in a commercial manner. If you fail to comply with any of the terms or conditions of these Terms of Use, you must immediately cease using the Jenpha account and remove (that is, uninstall and delete) from the Site.

If anyone attempting to harm SellnSell or our customers in any way by using our website then he/she will be punished or compensated through the legal process.
